  Worst burger King experience ever. Have avoided this place for the past 2 years because of extremely awful food and staff. I thought after a new building with new management I'd give them another try. Never again. Simply they are lazy and have NO concern of proper sanitation and food quality. I've worked in restaurants for over 10 years and I know when fryer oil is due to be changed it seems this grease was never changed considering it was a dark yellow color which soaked the bun completely in nasty oil. I took one bite and vomited. I called the manager and was very angry since my family did get sick here in the past and was told that she can show me the fryer oil. First of all, I'm sure burger King would never allow that to happen since if would not only be a health code violation but also an enormous liability if I was to injure myself in the kitchen. Given this, clearly they have no knowledge or ethics for sanitation and I would strongly suggest NEVER going here for your own health.

  If I could give 0 stars or negative I would. Horrible customer service, the manager there is very rude and doesn't know what customer service is. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru for 20 chicken nuggets. Then the dipping sauce was spilled all over the inside of the bag. And that's not my first bad experience I've gone before ordering chicken nuggets and sometimes they don't even give out any dipping sauce. Either this location needs a whole new crew or needs to be shut down. If I pay for something I expect to be treated with respect and to have a complete order not deal with a half assed establishment and receive half assed orders.
